Returns Policy
At Sleek Edge we strive to make shopping with us easy. However, we do understand that sometimes you may need to return unworn items.
Once orders have been placed they cannot be cancelled as the fabrics will have been ordered and design work has started. We do not keep a stock of garments, accessories, or fabrics as everything is made upon order. This way we can help the environment by avoiding fast fashion and mass production.
Please ensure that what you have requested upon order is correct as Sleek Edge are not liable for any incorrect selections. Once orders are placed, they will not be refunded so please ensure your orders are correct. It is
your responsibility to ensure fabric selection, lettering, colours and measurements are correct on the order.
Any defects need to be notified to Sleek Edge within 7 days of receipt of goods. If the error is a result of Sleek Edges mistake, we will do everything we can to
correct it.
Refunds will only be given for garments from our standard size range with no customisation / personalisation.
NB: Returned garments must be unworn and clean.
We do NOT refund:
- Soiled garments (These will be returned to customers without amendments requested.)
- Garments without tags attached.
Customers must pay for their own postage for returns.
