Description

Custom Competition Figure Skating Dress / Costume

This listing secures your consultation slot and covers the cost of the design work & consultation. Remaining payments are invoiced at stages throughout the creation process.

First-time dress purchasers receive a free personalised garment bag to keep your dress safe.

 

How It Works

Secure slot & Consultation

  1. Complete the design consultation form
  2. Purchase this listing
  3. If you are local to Sheffield we can arrange an appointment at our home studio. Non-locals we will post you a tape measure and arrange a zoom appointment with you.

Design

  1. We will provide you with a design and up to 2 free refinements (designs after this will incur a further £25 fee.) Each design will also clearly state the final price.

Invoicing & Dress Collections

  1. Once a design and fabrics have been chosen, we will invoice you 50% deposit (This covers the cost of fabrics, threads, elastics and stones and pattern work) 
  2. We start to make the dress! We will send you photos & videos of the dress making process so you can watch your dress come to life!
  3. After design and measurements are confirmed Dresses / Costumes will take between 6-8 weeks. (We try our best to get them on time, however we do require upto 8 weeks) . For rush orders there will be an additional fee. (Team dresses will differ for time scales)
  4. On completion of the dress we will send you a photo and video. We will also send you the invoice for the remaining payment. 
  5. Once payment has cleared we will ship your dress using Royal Mail Tracked and signed for or you can come and collect. 
  6. Enjoy your dress!
